BOOKING PAYMENT DETAILS
We prefer payment by BACS. Please contact us by email to reserve your place and we will send you the details.
Alternatively you can make a payment through Paypal (This payment method will incur extra charges)

DEPOSIT PAYMENT
You can reserve your place today by making a deposit payment which is £50% of the total cost of your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the event. (See cancellations below).
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you have to cancel. Please allow at least 6 weeks before the event start date and we will try to fill your places and offer you another date or a refund. Unfortunately if we cannot re-allocate the places we may be unable to offer transfer dates or refunds
We reserve the right to change or cancel the event at any time. In which case will offer full refunds or transfers to another event to all booked participants.
Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend customers take out holiday insurance cover in case of any unforeseen reasons why you may not be able to attend the retreat.
